Duncan MacDonald

Duncan qualified LLB from Aberdeen University in 1979 and thereafter obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh.

After practising for a number of years in Aberdeen as a partner in two well known firms, Duncan moved to Ireland in 2000, joining VP Shields, and further obtaining his Practising Certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.

Duncan has a vast range of experience in a number of areas including Property (residential & commercial) Licensing, Employment, Debt collection and Company and Commercial, for both private and business clients alike.
